We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VAVs, and chillers
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Accurately document work completed and communicate findings to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local codes, and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Privacy – Terms
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Valid EPA Universal Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school or technical training certification
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
